Skejby Psychiatric Department

The Psychiatric Department at Aarhus University Hospital should be a safe and calm place to stay - for longer or shorter periods - for both patients, staff and relatives. The graphics in my work are based on soft, hand-drawn horizontal lines and beautiful, harmonious local nature motifs. Together with Arkitema, I have designed flexible graphics for walls, glass sections and facade glass in the patients' many living rooms, in wards, in outpatient clinics and in the administration, which help both patients and staff without disturbing them - with subdued colors and materials that create security and calm for healing.
