Fuglafjarðarður School

In the Faroe Islands, I have collaborated closely with architects and users on the decoration of the new school building in Fuglefjord. A project with deep respect for local traditions, art and learning. My decoration therefore unites local culture and learning at eye level. Artwork by Frits Johannesen and poems about learning are integrated into colors and motifs. Wallpapers, foils and signage are adapted to each function and create coherence. Design and decoration create recognition and pride among students, teachers and parents.
