PFA Dormitories

The PFA dormitories in Odense and Aalborg should feel homely and inspiring. I have developed a strategy for decoration and wayfinding, where colors, mega graphics and signage create a coherent visual identity – both outside and inside. The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals have become a recurring theme in the living areas, where images, words and stories invite reflection and conversation. Glass sections are covered with foil in the same style, and small boards by each apartment give residents the opportunity to make their own mark. My close collaboration with Arkitema has ensured that the decoration frames and emphasizes the architecture.
