Returns and refunds
You can return artwork purchased here on the webshop within 14 days.

Costs for return shipping, customs and import duties are paid by you as the buyer.

The work must be returned in the same or similar packaging as when you received it, to ensure that it remains intact.

Refunds will be issued when the work is received by me in good condition. If it arrives damaged, the refund may be reduced or denied.

 

Care and warranty
Each artwork is unique and is carefully packaged before shipping.

 

EU customers: 14-day return policy applies. The statutory right of return covers defects present upon delivery – not damages that occur after receipt.

 

International customers: Returns are possible under this policy. Any shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item.

 

Customs and duties
Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
These are paid by the buyer and are not refundable.
